Amazon alleged in alegal filingpublished Friday morning that the National Labor Relations Board ( NLRB ) is unconstitutional . SpaceX and Trader Joe ’s — companies that , like Amazon , haverepeatedlyfacedlaborlawviolationsfrom the federal agency — have recently madesimilarattacksthat threaten national worker tribute .

“ It ’s a crock of s – t , ” said Seth Goldstein , the legal counselling for Trader Joe ’s United and the Amazon Labor Union . “ I do n’t believe any of it , and I believe it ’s just a cover song to fizzle unions . ”
