Amazon seller now have access code to an AI help designed to help grow their concern by answering questions about their metrics , and later , help to resolve issues that arise . The help , computer code - named Project Amelia and establish on AWS’sAmazon Bedrock , is useable in beta to U.S. sellers , starting Thursday .
The retail giant star says select U.S. sellers will gain access forthwith , followed by a broader rollout across the U.S. later on this year , the feature will begin to arrive in more countries and in other languages besides English .
The destination with Project Amelia , excuse Amazon , is to offer vendor tools that can then care and grow their business .
