Apple ’s next major iPhone climb will include a newfangled model call in the iPhone 17 atmosphere , agree toBloomberg ’s Mark Gurman .

This seems like an obvious means to expound the card , turn over Apple ’s success with the atmosphere moniker for thinner MacBooks and iPads ( I ’m currently typewrite these Logos on my MacBook Air ) , and could be more likable than the iPhone Plus or miniskirt .

Gurman writes that the iPhone 17 Air would include Apple ’s first in - planetary house modem , which will reportedly debut in the new iPhone SE in the spring . The phone is also suppose to be Apple ’s thinnest smartphone yet — two millimeters thinner than the current iPhones . So it would represent a tone towardthe foldable iPhone and iPadthat the fellowship is reportedly developing for 2026 or later .

Gurman also runs down other Apple products he require to set up in 2025 , includinga smart home hub . Not on the list : a new version of the fellowship ’s mixed reality headset , the Vision Pro .
