Ashton Kutcher , co - founding father of Sound Ventures , think that every party is going to become an AI company , but that there might not be a succeeder in the space .

The actor and investor verbalise atTechCrunch Disrupt 2024on Tuesday alongside Sound co - founder Guy Oseary and partner Effie Epstein to detail what the firm is front for in founders and inauguration , and how they conceive foundational AI companionship are setting the level for the futurity .

“ Foundation - layer AI companies are run to be some of the most valuable company that have ever been created in the history of humans , ” Kutcher said .

He said it ’s comfortable to lowball how big of a deal AI is , and that he believe foundational AI mannequin are going to be the foundation of everything to come .

“ There will not be a company in the humans that is not , in some way , material body , or pattern , using AI in the future , ” Kutcher enounce . “ So every company is going to be an AI society . And it ’s our thesis that whether it ’s exposed source AI , whether it ’s shut systems like Anthropic or OpenAI or World Labs , or whether you ’re building package using Magic.dev , those things are going to be the underpinnings of everything else . ”

However , he does n’t think there will be a success in the space . He believes that while foundational AI companies converge in some ways , they are also differentiate .

“ I think a pot of people were afraid of the personal estimator when it first came out , and I suppose a lot of people were afraid of the car when it first came out , and a lot of people were afraid of the industrial world revolution when it happened , ” Kutcher enounce . “ And I think this next story of innovation for humans , that humans should be very excited about the potential , because I reckon we ’re all going to be capable of doing much more than we ’ve been equal to of doing historically . ”
