New VC business firm Chemistry raised $ 350 million for its debut stock , Forbesreportedon Wednesday .

The business firm was launched by Mark Goldberg , former partner at Index Ventures ; Kristina Shen , former worldwide partner at Andreessen Horowitz ; and Ethan Kurzweil , former partner at Bessemer ( pictured above in that order ) . Axiosfirst reportedin April that the three were looking to launch a monetary fund together .

The business firm will commit in other - stagecoach startup mainly at the Series A stage , but also semen , across categories including fintech , infrastructure , and developer tool and work computer software . Each partner plans to invest in two to three hatful a year .

“ All three of us will actively support each investment , ” the firm’sblog postread . “ Weare the portfolio table service squad , working in the trench with our founders . ”

In old roles , the partners have backed notable companies , including LaunchDarkly , Plaid , and Twitch , among others .
