Japanese electronics giant star Casio has corroborate that many of its systems remain unserviceable almost two week after it was come to by a ransomware onrush .
Casio spokesperson Ayuko Hara state TechCrunch on Thursday that the company go out “ no prospect of recovery yet ” as it struggles to bounce back from the cyberattack .
“ Since October 5 , our waiter go through a organization failure that rendered several of them unuseable , ” Hara told TechCrunch , adding that the company afterward took measures to disconnect its servers to prevent the spread of damage .
