Drone - maker DJI fileda lawsuitFriday against the U.S. Department of Defense over its inclusion ona DoD listof “ Chinese military companies . ”
A DJI spokesperson tell the company file the suit after “ attempting to rent with the DoD for more than sixteen months ” and deciding “ it had no alternative other than to look for relief in federal motor lodge . ”
“ DJI is not owned or command by the Chinese armed forces , and the DoD itself recognize that DJI makes consumer and commercial drones , not military drones , ” the interpreter said .
