Don Lemon harbinger on Wednesday that X proprietor Elon Musk has canceled the deal for his upcoming talkshow on the platform . Lemon , a former CNN anchor , says Musk displace the partnership hours after he question the multibillionaire for the first installment of the show .
“ Elon Musk has canceled the partnership I had with X , which they announced as part of their public committedness to overstate more divers voices on their platform , ” Lemonwrote in a statement . “ He informed me of his decision hours after an consultation I conducted with him on Friday . ”
Despite the canceled deal with X , “ The Don Lemon Show ” will survive on . The audience with Musk will remain the premier installment of the show and is scheduled to beam on March 18 on YouTube , podcast channels and X. Lemon , who was fired from CNN last twelvemonth after 13 years with the fellowship , say the episode will be “ just the first of many . ”
