Epic Games has notch a win in an ongoing legal difference of opinion with Apple , as a issue of which Fortnite could recall to the U.S. iOS App Store as early on as next week .

Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers say in a ruling on Wednesday that Apple was in “ willful violation ” of a 2021 injunction that prohibited the company from imposing anticompetitive pricing .

Apple won many of the debate in the trial with Epic Games . One famous exclusion was a ruling forbid the iPhone maker from collecting fee on purchases made outside of apps .
