Tesla has encounter requests for data , including subpoenas from the DOJ , the car manufacturer let out Monday in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing . It ’s unclear if the DOJ investigation disclosed in January is connected to another vicious probe by the agencylaunched in late 2021following more than a dozen accidents involving the active exercise of Tesla ’s Autopilot system .
