The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has open asecondinvestigation into EV startupFisker’sOcean SUV , after the agency received four complaints about the fomite rolling out accidentally , including one wound .
The company tells TechCrunch it is “ fully cooperating ” with the guard way .

Similar to the braking investigation , this investigation into the rollaway ailment is classified as a preliminary evaluation , which the bureau pronounce it tries to complete within eight month . NHTSA says the end of the preliminary evaluation is to “ determine the setting and severeness of the possible problem and to amply assess the potential refuge - related issues . ”
