Google Tuesday introduced a range of new characteristic and update for its mapping service in India as it wraps up for the year and fructify the base of operations for the approaching class .
One of the latest in the series of new additions is Lens in Maps , which will be set up in 15 city across India by January , starting with Android . The feature , which waslaunchedin the U.S. and some global markets in October , use a mix of artificial intelligence activity and augmented world to provide entropy such as opening hours , rating , reviews and photo when people aim the tv camera of their smartphone down the street to a restaurant or café .
Google has also launched its lively View walking sailing in India to put up arrows , directions and distance markers overlay on the Maps screen , helping users navigate easy to their destination . Google said the characteristic would be available initially on Android and would be roll up out to more than 3,000 cities and towns in the land .
