Instagram Threads will lead off testing video ads , Meta announced on Thursday . The test , which will make Threads look more like its contender X , is an enlargement of Threads ’ advertising initiatives , which start out last monthwith the initiative up of adsto globose advertisers .

The news program was announce at Meta ’s presentation at the IAB NewFronts , where a number of societal media troupe pitch themselves to advertizer .
