Amerind locomotion and cordial reception aggregator MakeMyTrip has agreed to acquire expense management political program Happay from fintech CRED .

The good deal , announce on Monday , will see Happay ’s expense management concern and squad conversion to MakeMyTrip , while the defrayal division will stay at CRED . The financial term were not disclosed and could n’t be immediately learned .

CRED , which had take Happay in a $ 180 million deal in late 2021 , will also retain Happay ’s B2B payments engineering mickle that of late launched solutions on Bharat Connect .

The deal is aimed at bolstering MakeMyTrip ’s corporate travelling offering , which already serve 59,000 small and medium - sized businesses through its MyBiz weapons platform and 450 large enterprises via Quest2Travel .

The transaction , expected to close up within 90 Day , will integrate Happay ’s expertise serving 900 incarnate clients with MakeMyTrip ’s travel service .
