The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative ( CZI ) , co - ground by Zuckerberg and his married woman Priscilla Chan , will end internal DEI political program and no longer provide “ social advocacy funding , ” which provided President Grant for racial equity and immigration reform . In a staff e-mail find by The Guardian , Marc Malandro , the COO of CZI , enunciate the organization will alternatively issue grant for “ biological science and AI . ”
