Meta ’s CTO Andrew Bosworth has choice Bible for Meta employee baffle with the technical school behemoth ’s previous policies : They are innocent to quit , Business Insider reported .

The report cites an internal chat where an employee criticized Meta forcutting DEI programsand allegedly hush internal objection , among other consequence .

Bosworth responded that any staff member who thinks it ’s OK to leak to the medium because of policy disagreements “ should look at working elsewhere . ”

An employee followed up that fault leak was not the answer , and that Meta workers mat disrespected . ( Metabegan layoffsthis week for what it hascontroversiallytermed “ low performer . ” )

Bosworth responded that , “ You should quit if you feel that way , I think it . ”

The tense conversation reflect some level of internal agitation at Meta as it implements significant insurance change , fromrolling back DEI effortstoloosening moderation monetary standard .
