Meta and Universal Music Group ( UMG)announcedon Monday the expansion of their multi - year medicine licensing agreement , which enables users to share strain from UMG ’s music library across Meta ’s platform ( Facebook , Instagram , Horizon , Threads and WhatsApp ) without violating copyright .
