Nvidia is embarking on a series of partnerships with Indian firm to deploy its AI chips and technology , deepening its pushing into a key ontogeny market .
The U.S. check designer ’s CEO , Jensen Huang ( pictured above ) , said the party has partner with Reliance , India ’s most worthful company , to build base for AI applications in India . He also said Tech Mahindra would use Nvidia ’s chips and computer software to develop Indus 2.0 , an AI model in Hindi . Infrastructure providers Tata Communications and Yotta Data Services also plan to buy and use ten of thousands of Nvidia H100 chip by the end of the year .
Huang was show at the company ’s on-going AI Summit event in Mumbai , which comes at a time when Indian technology service provider are rushing to build AI potentiality . Infosys , Wipro , and other IT troupe have been using Nvidia ’s software package to develop custom AI applications for corporate client .
“ India used to be a country that exported package . In the future , India will be a country that exports AI , ” said Huang .
Wipro say it has trained 225,000 employees on Nvidia ’s AI platforms , while Tata Consultancy Services said it has trained 50,000 faculty as AI companion . More than 500,000 developer in India have join Nvidia ’s developer broadcast , the company said .
Indian e - commerce firm Flipkart and computer software supplier Zoho will also use Nvidia ’s technology to build up large nomenclature models in Hindi .
The partnership expand on Nvidia’sexisting railroad tie - ups with Reliance Industriesto build up big speech models for Indian languages . That deal included architectural plan for AI cloud infrastructure and training for employee as well .

A few Indian startups are also using Nvidia ’s technology : CoRover.ai said its chatbot for Indian Railways handles 150,000 queries in multiple languages every day , and take it has facilitated more than 10 billion customer interactions since launch .
Nvidia has take aim more than 100,000 Indian AI developer as it competes with rivals AMD and Intel for India ’s spring up AI chip market .
