Tesla and Rivian may have resolved a lawsuit in which Tesla accuse Rivian of poach employees and stealing trade secrets .

Bloomberg reportsthat Tesla state a California judge that the party have reached a “ conditional ” small town and that it expects to seek dismission of the suit by December 24 .

Teslafiled the case , which was define to go to run in March of next year , back in 2020 . The EV maker alleged that it had discovered an “ alarming convention ” in which Rivian was recruiting Tesla employees and encouraging them to take proprietary info with them as they left .

In response , Rivian filed to send away the suit , reason that it was an “ improper and malicious attack to slow ” Rivian ’s momentum and to scare Tesla employees who might be thinking of leaving .

Tesla did not immediately answer to TechCrunch ’s petition for input . A Rivian spokesperson tell the company does not notice on litigation .
