Uber TechnologiesannouncedTuesday that it will bribe the Taiwan unit of Delivery Hero ’s Foodpanda for $ 950 million in John Cash . The deal is part of Uber Eats ’ strategy to boom in Asia , specifically by strengthening   its position in Taiwan .
