In wintertime 2025 , a relative lit class at UCLA will sport a textbook , prep assignments , and TA resources generated by AI .
The class in questionis a sketch of literature from the Middle Ages to the 17th century , while the textile are give byKudu — an “ evolved ” text edition platform founded by Alexander Kusenko , a prof of cathartic and astronomy at UCLA.The university saysthis will be the first class in its humanities division with materials developed by Kudu .
To create those materials , Professor Zrinka Stahuljak provide Kudu with notes , PowerPoint introduction , and YouTube video from her premature versions of the class . The grade universe procedure can take three to four month , but UCLA says the time commitment for professors should be limited to 20 minute ( and Kudu compensates them for their meter ) .
Stahuljak said that this approach should free up time for her and her Ta to work more closely with student and also insure more consistent legal transfer of course materials .
