The CMA say Monday it was inviting input on the uniting from concerned parties by January 16 . The governor set a tentative February 25 deadline to decide whether to illuminate the sight or cite it for further review .
As The Wall Street Journalreports , IBM announced it fit to buy HashiCorp in April for around $ 6.4 billion . The takeover , should it continue , would expand IBM ’s energy into cloud and AI , and give the company access to HashiCorp ’s roll of about 4,400 customers .
San Francisco - based HashiCorp , founded in 2012 by Mitchell Hashimoto and Armon Dadgar , provides dick to help oneself deal cloud substructure and security .
The CMA notified HashiCorp in August it would be reviewing the uniting . The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is also investigating the flock .
