The U.K. government has lost its bid to keep confidential the item of a surveillance monastic order it brought against Apple , according to a newly released decisiveness by the U.K. surveillance powers ’ royal court .

The decision , posted on Mondayby the Investigatory Powers Tribunal in London , means that parts of the legal case will be admit in public , despite objection from the U.K. government .

In its opinion on Monday , the tribunal ’s judges allege they “ do not accept that the revelation of the bare detail of the case would be damaging to the public interest or damaging to internal security measure . ” This is the first public acknowledgement that the causa exists , though specific detail of the pillow slip were deduct .
